The Team

Steven is one of the most experienced dragon fruit growers in the association. He has over 15 years of experience growing dragon fruits. He developed a new lychee-flavored dragon fruit cultivar and many effective orchard management approaches for fruit quality improvement and pest/disease containment.
Jim took over the largest dragon fruit farm in the Sunshine Coast in 2021. With his well-developed sprint of innovation, Jim has been involved in several projects on dragon fruits, including developing new treatments on waste composite, etc.
